Ryan Benz is a Syracuse based Entrepreneur, Developer, and Investor that has a deep passion for rebuilding and revitalizing Downtown Syracuse. Benz has worked in Real Estate for ten plus years in both Syracuse and New York City and owns over 100,000 SF of commercial and residential buildings in Syracuse.

Mr. Benz also owns Oh My Darling restaurant and The Fitz speakeasy in Downtown Syracuse, as well as a women’s boutique store in New York’s Financial District called Lee Lee’s Forest. Mr. Benz is committed to equity and fairness in developing opportunity in Syracuse and has offered his support to CCA participants pursuing careers in the restaurant industry.
