Deputy Director Rham Robinson has managed community-based social services for justice-involved youth in NYC for over 25 years. He specializes in designing trauma-informed, community-based workforce programs and has cultivated an extensive network of neighborhood and city stakeholders including the city’s Cure Violence Program. Known by colleagues as “The Youth Whisperer,” he is CCA’s in-house specialist in conflict resolution, restorative justice and youth engagement. In addition to the Community Carpenters program, he developed CCA’s Credible Messenger Mentoring Program from the ground up.
