Randi Bregman serves as CCA’s Director of Training and Staff Development. A passionate social worker since 1990, she is a values-driven leader and social justice advocate with over 30 years of experience including more than twenty years serving as agency executive director or co-director. Randi has proven expertise in leading and mentoring diverse staff; designing, implementing and evaluating programs; forming deep and meaningful relationships with multiple community partners; fiercely advocating for racial justice and equity principles in the face of overwhelming resistance; proactively developing new programs and new approaches to meet changing needs; developing and offering trainings, professional workshops and community presentations that are consistently very highly rated; and offering expert witness testimony in a range of courts.
