CCA’s Line Cook Training Program blends soft-skill training with hands-on culinary training in the test kitchen, an internship with local food kiosks and eventual placement with restaurant partners.
Participants engage in training and testing to earn ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Manager credentials, preparing them for in-demand line cook careers. Participants also receive weekly stipends while they develop their skills.
