CCA offers employment services for people who are currently or formerly incarcerated or otherwise impacted by the criminal legal system. Our approach combines vocational training, individualized career planning, and employment placement with case management, transitional planning and mental health support.  Every year, 200 people access these services as they define their future through greater personal and economic opportunities rather than further cycles of oppression.
