CCA’s Jail-Based Reintegration Services program works to ensure that people incarcerated in the Onondaga County Correctional Facility in Jamesville, New York have the support necessary to successfully transition back to the community and take advantage of emerging economic opportunities in Syracuse.

CCA staff work closely with participants to identify their personal and professional goals, develop life and career skills, and create an individualized plan for a successful transition back to the community upon release. Pre-release services offered include substance use assessment, cognitive behavioral training groups, and transitional planning as well as job readiness assessments, individualized case plans, and workforce readiness training.
