CCA's Transition Advocates coach and guide students who are returning to school and community in Rochester following long-term out of school suspension or other removal from school. We also offer direct advocacy and support for families as youth face suspension hearings. Transition Advocates serve as liaisons for the student, parents/guardians and school officials as well as a link to other school district and community resources.
