The Success Soft-Skills 5-week cohort prioritizes participants learning a variety of transferable soft-skills, such as problem-solving and accountability, while also working towards professional, educational, and personal milestones. Each participant will walk away with their vital documents, and professional resume, after completion; participants will transition into to our workforce development Employment Connection Program. This program consists of real-world scenarios and discussions on navigating the workplace as well as one-on-one career coaching from industry professionals and connects youth to immediate employment opportunities. Our advanced Alternative Career Pathways Program provides certification, paid short-term job placement and financial support to pursue careers in Construction, Real Estate, Security, Entrepreneurship, Community Advocacy and Photography.
