Timothy J. Dollinger is the Real Estate Manager for Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. Mr. Dollinger has been with Wegmans for over 15 years, working in numerous roles. Since 2015, Mr. Dollinger has been responsible for all aspects of new store site acquisition, including negotiating legal contracts with developers and property owners as well as overseeing all leasing, lease administration and compliance, and property management functions for Wegmans 26 owned retail plazas and 50 leased locations.

Mr. Dollinger has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Managing Director with ROC Brokerage LLC since 2019, and has served as President of ROC Properties LLC since 2009. In addition, from 2014 to 2019, Mr. Dollinger served as Founder and SVP of Retail, Branding, and Real Estate of Great Lakes Medicinals, a startup business seeking to provide cannabis products for certified medical use under New York State’s Compassionate Care Act.

Mr. Dollinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in International Business from The Catholic University of America.
