Paula Freedman

Paula Freedman is President and CEO of Freedman Associates, a management consulting firm. Previously, Ms. Freedman was the Assistant Director for the Onondaga County Department of Youth and the Deputy Commissioner of Planning and Policy, Onondaga County Department of Long-Term Care, in Syracuse, New York. Ms. Freedman serves on numerous Boards including the United Way of Central New York and Contact Community Services.
