Project Description
Mike Pasquale serves as CCA’s Director of Program Quality Improvement. He is responsible for development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), management of agency data management systems, quality assurance, program evaluation and the integrity of the agency’s program analytics and grants management processes. As Compliance Officer he is responsible for assuring that the agency’s Compliance Program is implemented. Mr. Pasquale joined CCA in 2004 as a Mitigation Specialist and then served as Director of Reintegration Services from 2006-2019. He holds a BA in Political Science from Le Moyne College and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Maxwell School for Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Mr. Pasquale has worked with Syracuse area non-profits since 1990.
